"Restrictions on licensesure for convicted criminals are justified, because according to regulators and law enforcement, it reduces the likelihood that the legal industry will be used for a criminal enterprises."
[When evaluating any regulation, one should consider if the supposed benefits outweigh any unintended consequences. For criminal conviction restrictions, one must consider whether the potential reduction of crime in the legal marijuana market, is beneficial, to make it worth the reduction in employment opportunities.]

420 is the community given number to represent the discretion most people used, to part-take in cannabis during prohibition. Now that cannabis is legal in Massachusetts, we still face the difficulty of over incarceration legislation, that does not promote getting into the legal market and slow to no roll out of black and brown owned dispensaries or social consumption lounges.
420 (April 2020) approaching community members are looking to continue to spread the knowledge of cannabis while breaking the stigma that goes along with the prohibition area
Four major leaders in the cannabis community, Mass Cannabis Networking Club, MassCann, Minorities for Medical Marijuana, and Patriots for Veterans have come together to create the 420 Twenty20 Event Series for the month of April. We have chosen Roxbury (District 7) due to its historical presences in Boston as well as our attempt to help heel a community disproportionately impacted by the war on the drugs.
